It is not necessary to arrive early, the appropriate amount of time has been reserved for each appointment including time to complete paperwork, answer questions or address any concerns. Estimating transit times and factoring for traffic can be tricky. Clients who unexpectedly arrive early may notify us via text message. We will let them know if we are able to accommodate them, in the meantime we ask that they wait in their vehicle until their scheduled time. Please note, a reply won’t be sent if we’re with a client. Clients who arrive early will likely find the door to be locked. If there is a sign indicating we are in session, please do not knock, we will be with you soon. As a matter of courtesy, please understand that we will not interrupt a client’s procedure to answer the door.
Parking is to the left of the building and the entrance to our studio is at the front (street side) of the building. Please do not go into the hair salon.
Our facility is handicap accessible with a ramp located in the parking lot. This entrance provides access to other tenants and is therefore always locked. Please call or text us upon arrival to gain access via this entrance.

Saturday Appointments (all services)
Saturday appointments are limited and highly sought after, therefore we require 96-hours (4-days) for any changes to these appointments. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the client being exempt from scheduling future Saturday appointments.
Appointment reminders are sent 4-days prior to all appointments via our scheduling system. It is the client's responsibility to keep their contact information up to date. We recommend client's review their paperwork periodically to ensure we have the correct contact information, so they receive these notifications in a timely manner. Failure to receive appointment reminders does not exempt clients from compliance with this policy.
Degree of implementation is at the sole discretion of Kymberlee’s and is subject to change without notice. Emergency situations will be taken into consideration.
All permanent makeup appointments require a non-refundable Booking Fee be paid at time of scheduling. Appointments are not considered “Confirmed” until payment is received in full. Invoices are issued at time of scheduling, if the Booking Fee is not paid within 24-hours, the reserved time will be removed from the calendar and a new time will not be provided until payment is received.
Cell phones should be turned off or put on silent prior to entering the studio. Clients are expected to not use their phones during their procedure. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration, otherwise the procedure will be stopped.
Our facility is not equipped to accommodate children and for their safety may not be left unsupervised. Currently we do not have a formal waiting area, so we ask that arrangements be made for them to be cared for during your appointment.
Arriving with a minor will result in the appointment being cancelled, Booking Fees will be forfeit and standard No-show fees applied.
No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the permanent makeup studio at any time.
No one under the age of 18 may be left unsupervised either in the studio or anywhere on the property, no exceptions.
Permanent makeup procedures require the technician's complete attention. Guests can unknowingly be a distraction for the technician and the client; therefore, it is our policy to not allow anyone in the room during the procedure.
Gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination or for specific services. By Maine law, regular gift cards do not expire. However, promotional cards expire one-year from date of issue, unless indicated otherwise. After such time the value of the promotional card will be reduced to the amount paid, if any, and promotional services are void.
Kymberlee’s is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. In some instances, we may be able to replace lost, stolen or damaged cards for a small fee. This is not applicable to cards with “remaining balances” or promotional cards. Gift cards may not be used to pay fees of any kind, are non-refundable and must be on-hand to be redeemed. Promotional cards cannot be combined with other discounts or specials, have no cash value and are non-transferable.
We will do our best to accommodate clients who are running behind. Clients who will arrive more than 10-minutes past their scheduled appointment, should pull over to a safe area and CALL us so we can determine if we need to re-schedule, if so, standard fees will apply. If we have not been contacted within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be interpreted as a “No Show” and appropriate fees will apply. Saco traffic is unpredictable, especially in the Summer, so please plan accordingly.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Apply Pay, Venmo and cash.
When paying in cash, please bring exact change as cash is not kept on-hand.
We do not accept American Express or personal checks.
Deposits may be required for services longer than 90 minutes.
By scheduling a service, clients agree to issue payment in full at time of service.
In consideration of employees and clients, do not wear perfume, cologne, after shave, body spray, etc., non-compliance will result in being required to re-schedule and loss of Booking Fees, etc.
Clients will be photographed and/or videoed, before and after specific procedures; photographs are the exclusive property of Kymberlee’s and may be used for promotional, marketing, advertising or educational purposes.
Permanent makeup is an art, not an exact science. Healed results vary with each client and are dependent on many factors such as skin type, lifestyle, medications, following pre-procedure and after care instructions and protocol, etc. for these reasons, results cannot be guaranteed. However, we will work with you to achieve desired results which may include additional sessions. Following the Pre-procedure and After care protocols will help to achieve the best results. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process and for some clients using a pencil or powder may still be needed. Services are non-refundable.
For health and sanitation purposes, pets are not allowed in our facility. If you have a registered service animal, please contact us in advance with documentation of registration and purpose of service animal. Admittance will be denied without prior approval. Emotional support animals are not an approved service animal, and access will not be given.
Our rule of thumb is if schools are closed in your town, in Saco, or any town in route, procedures may be re-scheduled without penalty. If your appointment is on a non-school day such as the weekend or holiday, i.e., no school cancellations, and you do not feel safe driving in inclement weather, we will happily re-schedule your appointment without penalty. Typically, bad weather is known in advance, in which case the appointment may be re-scheduled accordingly.
Kymberlee’s reserves the right to re-schedule any appointment at their discretion due to any situation or occurrence which is unforeseeable or out of our control such as but not limited to inclement weather, loss of power or water, medical or immediate family emergency or state of emergency, etc. without penalty or exception. Immediate family is defined as spouse, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, or sibling, whether by blood, adoption, or marriage.
